Revisions

Code Support

Code support does not include general customer training, unrelated site changes, new feature requests, business administration, third-party platform issues, or work outside the delivered scope unless separately agreed in writing.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because many services involve custom work, planning, setup, design, development, or digital delivery, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
If an order is cancelled before work begins, Orion 3 Digital may review the request and determine whether a full or partial refund is appropriate. Completed work, delivered files, completed setup, purchased digital programs, and time already spent may not be refundable.

Digital products, code snippets, programs, graphics, audio, copy, website elements, and other delivered materials are provided for the intended client or project use described in the order.

Sensitive access details, private business information, passwords, and confidential project materials are not shared publicly.
No Guaranteed Results
Orion 3 Digital works to provide professional service, strong design, clean implementation, and practical business-focused solutions. However, no specific sales, traffic, search ranking, conversion rate, revenue level, or business result is guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Orion 3 Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures.
Any liability connected to a purchased service or order is limited to the amount paid for that specific service or order.
